At General Extrusions International, we continually seek out and pursue opportunities to improve our processes and protect the environment. As such, our Quality Management Plan (QMP) for Environmental Management Procedures outlines our overall Environmental Policy and our effort to maintain a hazardous chemical response plan and reduce our greenhouse gases and carbon footprint.
Our President and appointed Management Team work together to implement and regularly review our environmental procedure to ensure resources are available and the plan is updated and improved as needed.

General Extrusions International, LLC. produces and distributes fabricated and finished aluminum extrusions for the OEM industry with manufacturing located at Youngstown, Ohio.
General Extrusions International, LLC. is committed to protecting the environment and reducing the impact on raw materials through reuse and recycling of aluminum.
To minimize environmental impacts concerning our activities, products and services, we shall:
- Comply with applicable legal requirements and other requirements to which General Extrusions International, LLC. subscribes which relate to its environmental aspects.
- Prevent pollution, reduce waste and minimize the consumption of resources.
- Educate, train and motivate employees to carry out tasks in an environmentally responsible manner.
- Encourage environmental protection among suppliers and subcontractors.
